The works involved construction of 3 x 2 bedroom units, 3 x single bedroom units and associated car parking and landscaping. The construction consisted slab on ground, brick veneer and timber wall and floor framing. The buildings were clad externally with sheet metal roofing and face brick walls. Internal finishes included tiled floors to the kitchen / living / dining rooms, plasterboard wall and ceilings, tiled wet areas and Laminex kitchens. The landscaping includes timber fencing, concrete driveways and native Australian shrubs and ground covers.
The site features an underground rainwater storage tank with 8000 litre capacity to absorb and slowly release the stormwater during periods of high rainfall.
